Which countries does the Dagsmejan Online Shop ship to?
Through our delivery partners we ship our products worldwide. If you want your order shipped to Switzerland you need to order from the Swiss shop. To get your shipment delivered to Germany you have to order from the German shop. For any other country you have to visit the international store. On the top of each page see a little flag and the language next to it. Just click on the flag and a little drop-down menu will open above, where you can switch shops in case you land in the wrong one.
When will my order be shipped?
Please allow for up to 48 hours for us to process your order at the fulfilment centre before it is shipped. Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
What are the shipping charges?
We are constantly working on reducing shipping cost for our customers, for now we can offer free shipment for orders > 100 CHF for customers based in Switzerland. For orders below 100 CHF we charge a delivery cost of 9 CHF.
Are there any other customs and fees?
For customers in Switzerland no additional custom fees will incur.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to ship as quickly as possible, average shipping times are 2-4 working days (please allow up to 8 days). Please note that at busy times (during holidays or at sale time) longer delivery times may occur.
Who provides the delivery service?
Reliable delivery of your package is provided via the Swiss Post.
Can I have my order shipped to a different address?
Yes, you have the possibility of entering a different shipping address during the order process. The billing and delivery addresses must be the same when choosing the “Invoice” payment method.
An item is missing from my shipment. Will it be sent later?
