Dagsmejan sleepwear are delivered in our exclusive Dagsmejan box, carefully wrapped in tissue paper and perfect for gift-giving. For the Christmas season we extend our normal 14 day sleep guarantee, any product bought from the 12th of November to the 24th of December can be exchanged or returned for a full refund until the 7th of January.

Sleep comfort guarantee

We are so confident that you will love your new Dagsmejan that we offer a sleep comfort guarantee. You can sleep in your sleepwear for up to 14 days and if you don't like it you can return without any cost (with the full cost reimbursed and free return).

What can I do if the items ordered don’t fit or I don’t like them?

Should an item not meet your expectations or you just need another size, you can return it to us within 14 days. You can even sleep in your new Dagsmejan, we are that confident that it offers supreme sleep comfort. Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How do I return an item?

It’s very easy, just follow the steps outlined as follows:

  1. Log in to your account using the “my account” function or follow this link: https://dagsmejansleep.myreturnscenter.com/
  2. Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
  3. Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return.
  4. You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and a return label within 2-3 workdays.
  5. Put the item(s) you wish to return and the copy of the delivery note in the reusable shipping box (please also return the original box and all print material)
  6. Address the outside of the shipping box with the returns label you have received in your email; make sure that it covers the delivery label
  7. Take your package to the nearest post office

We will refund your return upon arrival of the returns package in our warehouse. Normally the returns take 4-6 working days, in busy seasons it can take longer. Please permit 10 working days before contacting us.

Who is paying for the returns?

If you for any reason want to return your Dagsmejan sleepwear bought at the Dagsmejan webshop we will pay in full for the return when you use our easy return process outlined above. Buying online is both easy and safe!

Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain proof of postage.

How will I be refunded for a returned item?

You will be refunded the value of the returned item. The refund will be issued using the payment method you selected for the order. For instance, if you paid by credit card, we will refund the amount to your credit card, if you used PayPal, your refund will appear on your PayPal account.

How long does it take to receive the refund for a returned item?

Normally 3-5 working days after the returned item has been received (but please allow up to 15 days).

What about returns purchased with a gift voucher?

If you have paid for part of your purchase with a gift voucher (for example when registering for our newsletter) the gift voucher will be refunded to you on your account and you will be able to use it on future orders.

Gift cards are non-refundable however they are valid up to 2 years so you have plenty of time to find a product that suits you perfectly.

When can my refund be refused?

Dagsmejan reserves the right to refuse a return if the goods are damaged by you, or the return is incomplete. This does not impact your statutory rights.
